GENERAL

Installation:
                   We will provide all programming necessary to get your site up and running. Once you have provided us with all required information, we will typically have your site ready to accept sales in less than 10 business days.

Choice of Database
                   Information such as customers, products, and brands, are stored in a robust and secure database. If there is a specific database that you require, let us know. We currently have licenses to the following commercial database systems: MySQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server.

Training
           We want you to get the most out of your purchase. That is why we will work with you every step of the way, making sure you understand every “nook and cranny” of your shopping cart. Even though we have designed our shopping cart to be intuitive and easy to use by even non-technical individuals, you can relax with the knowledge that we offer free downloadable manuals, guides, and audio training videos that will show you step by step how to use each feature of your cart. Additionally, we will be available by phone to answer any questions you may have.

Full ownership of License
          With the purchase of our cart, you also get title to full ownership. No recurring monthly fees and no server dependence, once you have made the initial purchase. You will be allowed to do whatever you want, when you want, with your shopping cart.

Unlimited Support
          Our staff will always be on hand to give you the necessary support for the continual functioning of your shopping cart. Remember this only applies to any application that needs fixing. It does not include new development on your site. If you require further development on your site such as a new shopping cart function, or change in website design, please contact our sales department.

          Our shopping cart is very easy on the eyes. The layout is clean, and the content is easily readable.

Sales Price Integration
        Have the ability to promote a sale any time you want with sales price integration. A crossed out regular price will be explicitly shown next to the new sales price. This will let your customers know how much they can save on purchasing a particular product. When you want to put items back to regular price again, simply login and change the prices back. All changes are made instantly on your website.

Promotion code Integration
        Need help closing a sale? Not a problem. With promotion code integration, you can give out special discounts to prospects or recurring clients. If you need to give a discount, just present them with a unique code, and when they purchase your product, all they have to do is put the code in the promotion code field, and they will receive a discount accordingly.

Product Gallery
         Our unique product gallery will give you the option of adding unlimited snapshot images of each product you carry, along with MPEG movies, virtual tours and unlimited media files. Customers will have the option of searching products by keyword, category, brand, manufacturer or any combination thereof. Our world class site design will enable you to showcase your products in a professional and effective manner.

Internal Search Engine
         We make it easy for your clients to find the products they desire. All they have to do is enter a keyword into the search field, and the internal search engine will scan all information on the website to locate what they have been looking for.

Digital Download Capability
          Our shopping cart allows you to safely and securely sell intangible downloadable items, such as software, images, PDFs, music, etc. You can now sell digital content and immediately make it available for download to the buyer without posting your merchandise on a publicly accessible server.
 
Custom Configuration
           Create product listings for items that can be customized by your clients online! Post products that can be purchased in different colors, styles or sizes, such as apparel, or allow your clients to custom tailor a package using a predetermined set of options, such as user-configurable computer packages.
         
SEO Dynamic Page Names
            Our ecommerce system was designed from the ground up with SEO in mind to use the marketing power of top web page search engines to drive even more traffic to your website. Wish List
             When a customer is interested in one of your products, but does not wish to make a purchase immediately, they can add that item to their “wish list”. Your shopping cart will remember a user’s wish list, and allow easy reference to each item on that list at a later date. They can then choose to purchase a product later without having to search for it all over again.  Each item on the wish list will contain an image, and description of the item and a button to purchase the item with one easy click.

Tax Configuration
          Be able to automatically configure tax according to the geographical area your customer is purchasing the product.

Country Configuration
          Allow customers from all over the world to purchase your products. There are hundreds of countries to select from. This is a huge selling point for international sales.  
 

Tell a Friend
           When your customers are viewing products that they think their friends might enjoy, they can click a button that will allow them to type in a customized message and forward that product page over to their friend’s email address for viewing. This email will contain an image and description of the product, a link to purchase the product, along with the customized text that they typed into the message. Your corporate logo will also be included as a professional header in the email documents.

Rate and Review Products Tool
         Allow your customers to write reviews for products that they have purchased, and allow potential customers to read reviews. As the site administrator, you will have access to a screen in your management area that will allow you to approve or deny any material before it gets posted to your website.

Related Items Tool
        The trick to effective selling is to present your customers with items that actually interest them. That is why our shopping cart allows you to recommend related products or accessories for each item you sell. When a client clicks on that brand new bike, they will also be shown other related products such as helmets, bike locks.  This has been known to be an effective selling tool.

Currency Exchange
         Allow your North American international customers the option of knowing how much the product will be in their currency. With this function, you can create and change the rate at the tip of your finger.

BACKEND

Customer Manager
          When customers make purchases on your website, their information will go directly and securely into your customer management screen. The customer management tool allows you to manage an unlimited number of customers and search for them by name, state, zip and phone number, and more. You will also be given a customer import and export tool in the event that you want to import new customer lists or export your current customer list to spreadsheet format.

Coupon Manager
            If your advertising and marking campaigns include the use of coupons, then you can make use of our coupon manger, that will allow you to enter in a promo code and instantly create a site-wide discount at a set percentage. Once a customer comes to your website after seeing the ad or coupon, they can simply type in the promo code and the shopping cart will instantly unlock their discount and provide them with whatever percentage discount that was defined.

Product Manager
         You have the ability to create and upload an unlimited number of products. Each product you create can contain an unlimited number of  images, snapshots, and thumbnails. You can even attach multimedia files such as movies, audio clips and more.

Brand Manager
          Classify your products by creating and uploading different brands and manufacturers. When you add or edit a brand or manufacturer, it will instantly be displayed on the website. Customers will instantly be able to view products that fall under that brand or manufacturer.

Category Manager
         You can create an unlimited number of categories under which to classify your products. As per brands and manufacturers, when you add or edit a category, it will instantly be displayed on the website and customers will instantly be able to view all the products that fall under that category.

Users Manager
          We make security of our software a top priority, but we would also like to allow you to secure your site from unauthorized employees. By allowing you to define user rights using the user manager, you will be able to restrict access to certain areas of your site’s back end control panel to authorized users only.

Image and Product Uploader
           Adding and removing products using our cart is simple. Whenever you define a new product or discard an old one, you simply have to login to the back end control panel, type in the product features, add any images for that product, and define special features like related items. The cart will automatically update your site in real time, and changes will be shown immediately. The entire process takes about 10 seconds.

Customer History
          Be able to view all purchases made by certain customers. This product is useful for customers that have repeat purchases. If a customer spends more than the average consumer, send them a special coupon to show your appreciation.
 
Customized Back End Screen
          If you do not like the way the backend screen appears, not a problem. We designed the backend to be completely customizable, such that you can upload your logo, and set the screen to match your company’s colors.

Import and Export Data
         Be able to import or export important data, such as customer or product records, at the click of a finger. Our e-commerce system exports to Microsoft Excel, comma delimitated plain text, and much more.

            We can integrate either Quickbooks or Simply Accounting with your shopping cart. When orders are made, not only will information go to the back end, but your accounting records will automatically be updated in whichever package you support. This saves a great deal of time, effort, and reduces the chance for error.

Real-Time Credit Card Processsing
          If you already have a merchant account for online credit card processing, our expert programmers will link your website securely to either AuthorizeNet, LinkPoint, Skipjack, 2CheckOut (2CO), Paypal (free service, and gateway), or Versign.

Real-Time Shipping Quotes
          We can link your shopping cart up to real-time shipping quote servers, so that you can provide correct shipping prices on your checkout page. Our shopping cart is compatible with UPS and Fedex.

Auto-Responder
         Create an unlimited number of auto-scheduled email messages that will follow up with your customers after their purchases. You can include your logo, future sales and promos, upcoming information & more. When customers purchase products on your website, they can automatically be subscribed to your auto-responder and will receive your customized messages via email after a delay period that you can set.

Media Click-Thru Tracking Tool
         To facilitate effective management of your marketing campaigns, our e-commerce solution will track customers who visit your site via traceable URL links. Your back end control panel will create an unlimited number of tracking links for your website, which you can then include in electronic and printed ads. All statistics are recorded and reported in real time in your click-thru manager screen. Traceable links can be generated for any page on your site.         
         
Affiliate Manager
         Our affiliate module allows you to create unlimited affiliates and assign different commission levels to each of them. Also, affiliates are given their very own login screen where they can sign on and view their click-thrus, sales & revenue stats all on a single, easy to understand screen. All reports are produced in real time and affiliates have the ability to create their own tracking links to monitor their traffic.

          We will help you purchase your own SSL certificate or transfer your current one over to us. Either way, your shopping cart’s checkout page will feature world class security.
