¹ Once full payment has been made, the purchaser of the shopping cart and tools will hold the rights to use the code indefinitely for their current business only, and can not transfer ownership, or resell the code in any form. Superior Commerce reserves the right to revoke ownership of the shopping cart code and tools if the purchaser violates the non-transference agreement.
² If the shopping cart purchaser chooses to host with Superior Commerce after the period of one year, a recurring monthly hosting fee will apply. If the purchaser wishes to host the shopping cart and tools elsewhere, Superior Commerce will not be held responsible for transferring or installing software on that host. For technical reasons, all third-party hosts are required to run a Macromedia Coldfusion MX 7 server capable of processing all tags and functions used in the shopping cart software. Please call for a complete list of tags and functions.
³ All non-custom website designs are based on available web-templates. These templates may be shared with other web developers and thus may not be exclusive to your website.
⁴ Our free hosting services cater only to small businesses. We will not provide free hosting to high-traffic sites, or sites that receive more then 600 visits (new or returning visitors) per day. We reserve the right to revoke free hosting at any time.
* Financing of all advertising campaigns is the responsibility of the shopping cart purchaser. Superior Commerce provides only a campaign management service and does not make any monetary contribution to paid campaigns. All search engine, affiliate, and email campaigns are paid for by the shopping cart purchaser.
